Out of Hours Emergencies

If your pet becomes suddenly unwell, is injured, or you are worried they may need urgent veterinary attention outside your local branch’s normal opening hours, we want you to know exactly what to do and who to contact.

Home Visit Pet Care is not an emergency service, so we work with dedicated out-of-hours veterinary providers who can assess and treat urgent cases when our teams are unavailable. The provider you should contact will depend on which branch area you live in.

Please find your local branch below and follow the instructions provided. If you believe your pet is seriously unwell, do not wait for an online reply or for our normal opening hours to resume. Contact the relevant emergency provider straight away.
