If your pet needs urgent care outside of our normal opening hours, we’re here to guide you. Home Visit Pet Care works in partnership with Emergency Home Vet; a trusted out-of-hours emergency service that provides veterinary care in your home when our team is unavailable. Each of our branches has a dedicated emergency contact number, so please scroll down to find the correct details for your local area. You will first speak to a registered veterinary nurse, who will assess the situation and offer advice. If a visit is needed, an emergency vet will come to your home.

Please note: this service is supplied by Emergency Home Vet and is independent from Home Visit Pet Care. We work closely with them to ensure continuity of care. A full report will be sent to our team so we can follow up if needed.

At Home Visit Pet Care, we know that a traditional out-of-hours set-up doesn’t work for everyone. Home Visit Care, Even in Emergencies

To ensure our clients always have access to the same calm, convenient experience they trust us for, we’ve partnered with Emergency Home Vet - a dedicated out-of-hours service that mirrors our approach. When our practice is closed, you’ll still receive expert care in your own home, from a qualified emergency vet. You’ll first speak with a triage nurse, and if needed, a vet will attend promptly - no travelling, no waiting rooms, no added stress. Most importantly, your pet’s clinical notes and visit report are sent directly to us, so we can follow up with seamless continuity of care. Together, we provide a fully connected service: day or night, weekday or weekend, routine or urgent. It’s all part of our mission to offer veterinary care that works for real life - not just when it’s convenient, but when it matters most.
