We have a team of Pet Care Heroes - experienced and trained carers who are fully insured. If your pet has medical needs, a registered veterinary nurse will attend instead.

What’s included in a Home Visit or Drop-In?
Typically: feeding, water changes, medication (if needed), welfare checks, litter or toileting support, and plenty of affection. We can tailor each visit.
What’s the difference between Pet Sitting and Home Visits?
Pet Sitting usually refers to longer stays or a full handover while you're away. Home Visits and Drop-Ins are shorter check-ins; ideal for daily care.
How long are Dog Walks?
Standard walks are around 30 minutes, but longer walks can be arranged depending on availability and your dog’s needs.
Do you do group walks?
No. We provide one-to-one walks only, giving your dog our full attention in a safe and familiar setting.
Do you charge more for weekends or bank holidays?
Yes. Weekend and bank holiday bookings are available at higher rates due to limited availability.
Can you send updates or photos during visits?
Absolutely! We’re happy to send you a quick photo or message to keep you reassured while you're away.
Will I meet the person caring for my pet beforehand?
Yes, we can arrange a meet-and-greet before your booking to make sure you're comfortable and your pet is too.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better! Especially around holidays or weekends, our diary fills up fast.
